Modern Plank Mailboxes are made of hand selected top-quality pressure treated ground contact lumber or Cedar boards {your choice}. All pressure treated wood is sanded and primed with 2 to 3 coats of high-quality primer and receives 2 to 3 coats of Behr Premium Plus Exterior High Gloss paint. Cedar requires a special sealer; we use Ready Seal and apply 3 to 5 coats of sealer. The deck screws we use come with a lifetime warranty. We also use a special post wrap that claims to double the life expectancy of the post that you will bury and concrete in. This wrap prevents ground rot among other things. Our service to you is a high-quality aesthetic product that you will be proud to accent your home and which will last much longer than conventional products.
Shipping Policy
We offer local delivery and professional setup within our service area for a flat fee of $100. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and ensure your product is properly installed and ready to use.
Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on your location and product availability. If your address falls outside our delivery area, please contact us before placing your order to discuss alternative shipping options.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. Items must be returned in their original condition and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
